Weight Equipment You'll also find a cable-cross machine with independent weight stacks, dumbbells and bench, fitness balls, tubing, BOSU trainers, and more. These are great pieces to supplement your STRIVE routine or to use as an option to STRIVE to keep your workouts interesting.
Cardio Equipment Want to get your cardio workout? We have it all with treadmills, ellipticals, bicycles, rower, and stairmachines.
Group Fitness Classes We have the highest quality instructors and small classes; that means you get the help you need when beginning a class or learning proper form. Most classes are offered at no charge as a part of membership dues. Guests are welcome to drop-in to a class on a space-available basis for $10 per class. Fees for specialty classes will be indicated on the class schedule.
Educational Workshops We are bringing experts in each month to give a variety of informational and inspirational talks. These workshops are free, but do require pre-registration as space is limited. Visit our Socials & Events tab to view and sign-up for the upcoming workshops!

This program for adults combines 30 minutes on court each week focusing on one specific stroke for your tennis game and 30 minutes off court to focus on the strength training, agility, endurance, and stretching you need to support and improve that stroke and keep you injury free. This camp will surely challenge you and bring you to the next level in your game. We’ll measure your strength and agility at the beginning and end of camp so that you can see your progress.
